Welcome to MICAH

MICAH is an inclusive, nonsectarian, homeschooling group in the greater Decatur, Illinois area. Everyone is welcome! There is no statement of faith to join MICAH, but we do expect all members to obey the Golden Rule: Treat others with respect, as you would like to be treated. We expect everyone to treat each other with love and respect and to extend grace, when necessary.

MICAH members enjoy benefits, not limited to the following:

MICAH member families may enroll in our Friday Co-op Classes:
• Friday morning cooperative classes throughout the school year for K4 to 12th grade
• Nursery provided for younger siblings
• Class subject areas:
     • Science, Math, P.E., Geography, Music, Fine Arts, Composition, Health, Anatomy, Speech, Literature,  and more!

We are continuing to add to this list as we develop our program of enrichment opportunities for homeschool families in central Illinois.

We offer a two week free trial membership to anyone who wants to find out more about our group.  This will give you ample time to get a feel for our group and to get any necessary paperwork in, if you decide to join.  Just use the Contact Us form to request a trial membership.

We are located in Decatur, IL but we serve the surrounding areas of Clinton, Lincoln, Springfield, Champaign-Urbana, Bloomington-Normal and all of mid-central Illinois.
